Payment Options

We accept all major credit and debit cards via our online payment provider Stripe.

Stock Availability & ‘Request Next Available Copy’

If an item is unavailable, you can add yourself to the online waiting list. If we locate the item or a similar one in the future, we will contact you with the option to purchase. You are under no obligation to buy.

Please note:

  • Stock is subject to availability.

  • Most of our inventory are single copies.

  • Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis as our live site updates availability in real time.

Delivery Information

Our Delivery Aims

We aim to dispatch orders within:

  • 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

  • 48 hours over the weekend.

You will receive an email confirmation upon dispatch. Tracking information will only be provided if a tracked service has been selected and paid for. Delivery times may vary based on the destination. For specific delivery inquiries, please contact us.

Non-Delivery

For UK orders without next-day delivery, we ask that you allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery. For most destinations, Royal Mail requires up to 7 days for delivery. If your order has not arrived after 7 days, we will investigate or refund without unnecessary delays.

Order Returns & Refunds

If you believe your item is not as described or has been damaged in transit, you may be entitled to a refund at our discretion. To apply for a refund:

  1. Notify us via email or use our contact form.

  2. Obtain confirmation of your refund.

Returning an Item

To return an item:

  1. Contact us to obtain a returns authorisation.

  2. Ensure the entire item is posted securely in its original packaging (including any poly covers) to prevent damage during transit.

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • They are received within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • The item is in the same condition as it was dispatched.

Important:

  • We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by insufficient packaging.

  • Refunds for postage will only be issued for standard mail services and must be pre-approved.

  • Include the returns authorisation email, invoice, or a covering letter with your order details in the parcel.

  • Return items to the address shown on your invoice.
