If an item is unavailable, you can add yourself to the online waiting list. If we locate the item or a similar one in the future, we will contact you with the option to purchase. You are under no obligation to buy.

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis as our live site updates availability in real time.
We aim to dispatch orders within:

48 hours over the weekend.
You will receive an email confirmation upon dispatch. Tracking information will only be provided if a tracked service has been selected and paid for. Delivery times may vary based on the destination. For specific delivery inquiries, please contact us.
For UK orders without next-day delivery, we ask that you allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery. For most destinations, Royal Mail requires up to 7 days for delivery. If your order has not arrived after 7 days, we will investigate or refund without unnecessary delays.
If you believe your item is not as described or has been damaged in transit, you may be entitled to a refund at our discretion. To apply for a refund:

Ensure the entire item is posted securely in its original packaging (including any poly covers) to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds for postage will only be issued for standard mail services and must be pre-approved.
Include the returns authorisation email, invoice, or a covering letter with your order details in the parcel.
